I came here for the first time to drop off my load. I reached here on Wednesday night, but my appointment was on Friday. When I got checked in, they unloaded my load immediately in about half an hour, so I appreciate these people from the bottom of my heart.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Te apunta el guardia, de ahi a la puerta #26. Llevar numero de placa De traila y camion, numero de sello, numero de traila y numero de licencia. Llenas la hoja y pones tu numero de cel y te asignan puerta. Llegue 2 hrs antes de la cita y me recibieron. Todos muy atentos y amables.

I want to advise to all truckers and dispatchers that do not take loads. I came for delivery at my appointment time 1:00 pm and they told me wait I had waited for 4 hours then the shift changed and then I waited after 2 hours to unload me In total they screwed my day , because of them I lost my load. Never never never come to this address

The warehouse may be open 24 hrs, but receiving starts at 7 am. Make sure you have your driver license, truck and trailer plate numbers to check at the guard shack and inside the building. There is no overnight parking. When you come in, make sure that you take I-30 to TX-161 Service Rd. Turn right to January Lane. Don't go past the facility because it's restricted and you'll get a ticket. Also. If coming from Arlington don't drive east on Randol Mill Rd because it turns into January Lane and it goes into a neighborhood. That's not the truck route. You can also use Tarrant Rd and turn right on thr TX-161 Service Rd, then turn right on January Lane. Once you check in, don't cut your seal. They will do that. You'll be unloaded very quickly.

They need more clerks at the check in to help process drivers in and out faster. There’s no reason why I should wait over an hour to pick up a pre loaded trailer. Guard at gate is a nice lady.

Ok, having spent a lot of time there I have seen many a driver go to dock door 5 to check in and start wondering around around all confused. Security tells you to go to door 5. They mean Man Door 5, so to help you out here is a pic. The door is located approximately midway down the building near the dumpsters and this is what it looks like.... (It even says Driver Check-in on it)
