Picked up our stuff in Riberac yesterday. All as right as rain. Spoke to a lovely lady about her cats. The chap was as cheerful and polite as you could wish for. Bravo the Trading Post. A life line for those of us living the dream in our wonderful France in the heart of our marvellous Europe. 5*.

Brillant, even though popular British products are widely available now her in Franch there is still certain items that are not so easy to find.
Even the products that are available The Trading Post prices are far more interesting. Recommended to home sick Brits

Overjoyed at the large choice of products available for an ex-pat like me missing a few tastes from home, I put in an order with a fellow ex-pat, for our favourite foodstuffs. Frozen bacon and sausages arrived safely in one parcel. But all the other things arrived in a shoddy box made worse by a glass bottle that had been smashed and the contents leaked everywhere; soft goods like chocolate arrived completely flattened. Very disappointed especially as the postal delivery was extremely expensive ( but then we did have the parcel of frozen goods) I rang the customer service and everyone was very apologetic and I was sent a second parcel at no extra cost to me which arrived unscathed because more care had been taken in bubble wrapping the items.
This company propose pick-up points all over France and if we could have waited we would have chosen this option as it is completely free. But being in a hurry, we paid for the very expensive postal delivery so if only for this reason, I would recommend using a pick-up point, keeping in mind the delivery dates proposed for each location.
In spite of the mishap with the first parcel, I would not hesitate to use this company again: top marks to the staff I spoke to over the phone, who amended my order and to those who dealt with my e-mails and settled my problem with no questions asked. Excellent customer-client relations, somewhat of a rarity these days. I thoroughly recommend this small, family run company and do not hesitate to ring them for advice or information as they are all extremely patient and kind.

I highly recommend! They have a large selection of food I haven't been able to find anywhere else in France and at very reasonable prices. Delivery was easy and everyone I interacted with (email and delivery) was friendly and helpful.

Wrong product delivered and still charged for the product i ordered which was more expensive. Have written emails to sales but had no response, this is my first order so not impressed
