Nurse Becky and MA Lori are the absolute best, they definitely work hard with you on getting stuff done for their patients. Dr Conway himself is also excellent! Overall I’d definitely recommend them!

I have no problem with Dr. Warren Conway, he's a good guy. The issue is the office staff. I don't know if they don't staff enough, if the staff doesn't care, or if they pay so little that the staff has no reason to care.

Either way, you will spend 1-2 hours calling just to get someone on the phone, because if you leave a message for a prescription refill, it won't get handled. When you finally get someone, you're on hold for 2-5 minutes.

When I go in, in person, it's very clear they have a single person handling walk in, and calls and the person is overwhelmed.

Add to this that they take a 2 hour lunch from 12-2pm, at-least when they are there at lunch.

WTMA is not managing this well.

Again, just to re-iterate, I have no issues with Dr. Warren Conway, and once I'm in seeing him, things are fine. But the whole process to get there, or to keep a prescription refilled is ridiculous, and unfortunately for anyone looking for a doctor, I suggest you look elsewhere.

The women at the front desk never smiles, I think she hates her job and people. They can't seem to get the paperwork out as needed. They don't return phone calls. They don't seem to want to work with you at all. They really don't seem to care. I have never even seen Dr. Conway.
