Terrible drivers. Was cut off on a bridge for the 401. Driver missed their. exit (Westchester Bourne and the 401) (Thursday, August 22 2024, 720pm). Driver stopped on the bridge waited for 30 seconds with traffic piling up behind. Then backed up into traffic nearly hitting 2 cars to go back to their exit.
Everyone needs a job, but clearly that driver was not qualified for the position they are in.

I work in St Thomas and live in London, several times now me and an entire row of cars have been stuck doing 10-15km/h under the speed limit. These drivers can’t keep and constant speed it’s constantly up and down, not to mention not driving straight and constantly hitting the white line or even the gravel. Not sure what is wrong with this company but it is beyond unacceptable

531294 driver of day to day.
Your COMPLETE incompetent "driver" needs new driving skill training . Almost took my life as I was taking bayfield cut off and if he didn't finally realize the lane I was in was a turning one coming up he would of totally would have because he didn't wanna look at his mirror. Laziness!!!!
I don't know what it is these days with drivers but it never used to be THIS bad.
Get a grip on your people .
Horrendous way to show off your company.
This isn't dramatic, it happens alot and I'm waaaay past tired of letting it go. Especially this one!!!!

Day to day logistics if your shipment is not on time it’s probably because driver of unit 2782 is still blocking the fuel lane and busy in writing his daily diary. As you can see there is no truck in front of him and he is still there blocking the lane from last 40 minutes. I was waiting behind him but no one came out of truck so I had to backup and move to different lane. Please teach your drivers some basic manners and how to pay courtesy to other drivers. This happened at Pilot in Battle Creek.

Their drivers are absolute idiots. I was behind one of their trucks (trailer #53740) and they were going 10-20 kms under the speed limit. Doing that severely impeded traffic on wet, slick roads, which makes things more dangerous for the drivers behind them. And to make matters worse, I tried to call their head office and they don’t even have voicemail. That tells me they’ve don’t want to take responsibility for their idiot drivers. It makes sense that it would take an idiot to hire an idiot.

Excellent company to drive for my 20 plus years of driving I have never drove for a company with such great dispatch always polite and patient always get back to you when needed with no delays also man in charge is always upfront about company position in trucking world as a whole. I would like to say as a former owner operator I don't miss my truck as my miles are being met weekly even through a very difficult time for many through this pandemic. Keep up the great work team "day to day".

Teach your drivers about the zipper method so they’re not driving in middle of highway blocking the other lane. They’re not the traffic police and this isn’t Canada and he almost drove a truck and trailor off the road just now. 531042 is the trailer number.
