Recently delivered for A&E Logistics and Great Company to deliver for. Dispatch is responsive and very detailed . Plus they have many payout options , instantpay being my choice and They do in fact pay out hours later unlike rumors.
I will continue to work with A&E logistics . And recommend them to anyone looking for good loads and flexible rates . GIVE THEM A TRY!

DO NOT DRIVE FOR THIS COMPANY, I have been waiting for a month now to get paid from 4 loads I completed with them. Yes they do have constant work and have been better at winning bids but when it comes to the main reason we drive I have yet to be paid and when I started questioning and asking about my pay it took hours to respond, I couldn’t get anybody on the phone the same person that dispatch me is the only person I can TEXT and when I reached out to them they said”will let accounting know” and they got back to me and I have to be paid that message was sent last week. DO NOT DRIVE FOR THEM and they will also book you loads that are more miles than posted then will expect you to still do the load and give you a little bit of extra money.

I've now been with A&E Logistics for a month and a half, and so far everything is good! I am impressed with the company's bidding system! I like the idea of bidding my own runs and knowing shortly if my bid was accepted. The company owner is very supportive, cares about their driver, respond timely to any questions I may have before, and during the run. Overall, it's a good and reliable company!

This is a terrible company. They try to broker deliveries rather than taking them on to keep a little off the top. Then they DON'T pay the drivers. With gas so expensive these days, this is NOT the company you want to deal with for ANYTHING. I'll be happy to remove this review if they pay the drivers they owe. They know who they are!!!

I started my journey with A&E on October 4th, 2024, and initially, I was optimistic. I managed to complete two loads, and they promised a fuel advance ranging from 40% to 50%. Both loads were picked up and delivered on time, and I didn’t face any major issues—except for the frustrating requirement to arrive 2 to 4 hours early, often finding businesses closed.

I promptly submitted my paperwork right after each delivery and patiently waited the standard five days for payment. Unfortunately, that payment never came. Every day, I'd receive emails from the accounting department assuring me that the payment was on its way, but it never materialized. I have all the correspondence saved for reference.

To make matters worse, I discovered that A&E seems to operate under questionable practices. They take loads from Sylectus and DAT and present them as their own on the A&E app. This isn’t just a minor issue; it feels like a scam. They start off friendly, even encouraging reviews, but it quickly becomes clear that they don't intend to pay you for your hard work.

I cannot stress this enough: avoid A&E. What starts as a promising partnership turns out to be an ordeal. Trust me; it’s just not worth it. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!

Waited several months to get paid from an era that was easily fixed with the help of dispatch sup Tony. Sent several emails to acct dept months went by without anyone answering my emails or giving any response could’ve been long avoided and fixed with better communication is only reason not 5 star 5 stars belong to Tony soon as he got involved problem was solved same day ‍♂️

A&E logistics is a great company to apply to, they have the best quick pay options and their payments are on time. Their communication between customers and drivers is excellent and are very reliable. I’m looking forward to more great service.
