My company used 3PL Links to perform logistics for my USA-based company. We spent about $15,000 with them to deliver several roof top tents in Canada. 3PL Links carriers damaged one of our shipments and our customer was not allowed to inspect the tent (the driver wouldn't let him) and so the customer refused delivery. We were able to get the customer to accept a re-delivery of the tent and so this saved us having to file a damage claim against 3PL Links which save them about $3500. 3PL Links redelivered the tent but is charging us $600 - and they damaged our shipment and were responsible in the first place!

I have communicated with their VP of Operations and explained everything and now they are threatening to send us to Collections and take legal action against us. We saved them $3500 and they were the ones that damaged our shipment!! I would sincerely never use this company under any circumstances - my company has worked with many many Logistics companies over the years quite successfully and 3PL Links really has a poor ethical standard and not conducting their business practices well. Strongly recommend avoiding this company for your Logistics needs.
