I live about 2 hours away from Los Angeles and don’t have a-lot of bridal stores near me so I did my research before coming down to LA to shop for bridal dresses.. I had a few stores saved up to visit and this one was the BEST one. Keep in mind I also didn’t need an appointment, They have soooo many beautiful dresses! & the ladies their are super sweet & helpful not once did they seem annoyed or complained about me trying on different dresses. They were so helpful & made me feel comfortable, thank you ladies. & my dress was under 3k with alterations included also adding some extra fabric/straps I wanted, which was a steal for such a beautiful dress! So if you are looking you should definitely come here 1st!

This is the best Friday boutique store ever !! I had the best time and everyone was super helpful and friendly:) I ended up choosing my dream wedding dress there yesterday and I can’t even explain how beautiful the dress is and every detail on it. I would highly recommend coming here if your looking for a bridal dress. Such an easy and most amazing experience ever. Here’s a pic of the first dress that I tried on but didn’t choose 🙂 I ended up going with the second dress ?

Super amazing experience!! Service was amazing and everyone was super friendly! I had made an appointment and they were able to see me right away.
Esmeralda was the one who was helping me out with my dresses and she did an amazing job, I really appreciate the time she took to make sure that the dresses I liked would arrive on time. Definitely recommend this shop, not only do they have amazing staff but the dresses are so beautiful.

2 stars because customer service was not consistent & my wedding dress was delivered extra wrinkled, and they claimed that it was MY duty to steam it ourselves.
When we first walked in looking for "The One", my mom and I were ignored, Maria was there and did not even say Welcome or we will be with you. Isabel then walked in and immediately started to assist us, she was great, unfortunately that was the last we really got a chance to work with her.
Maria then took over when it was time for the tailoring. Yes, the dress was delivered to us according to my fitting, BUT the experience and customer service was not it. I asked Isabel, what would guarantee me that the dress would be delivered in a timely manner, the big day is coming up and what i was seeking was certainty. Isabel claimed, if the dress was not delivered in a timely manner I could sue & that they did not deliver the dress in wrinkle free conditions because they could damage it.

To my understanding a wedding dress should be delivered at its best wrinkle free, if it gets wrinkled over time it's totally fine. We take care of the small details but to recieve a dress that it's COMPLETELY wrinkled and for Maria to go back and forth saying excuses to why they don't steam dresses is totally unethical.

Will they deliver the dress to you, yes.
Will customer service be consistent, no.
Do you have to steam your own wedding dress, yes.
Will I refer family and friends, NO.

Drove 6 hours to make it to an appointment scheduled 1 month prior. Upon arrival I got checked in arrived on time. Only for them to tell me I had to wait and got put to the side. My time was limited since I wanted to make my way to other bridal boutiques on my schedule. After waiting some time I got asked to move from where I was supposed to try on dresses because they were going to start on another appointment. All the ball gowns you see online are the only ones they have available. As I mentioned in my appointment request that I would be going for ball gowns, another bride was trying on ball gowns as well. They basically told me I had to wait for her to finish trying on the ball gowns. Don’t expect your appointment to start right at the time. Plus they will not give you the attention. Service was not there. I mentioned to her I would be leaving since I had to attend other appointments and she quickly responded “she’s almost done trying on”. Don’t recommend. Not a big selection. What you see online is what you see in store.

I don’t know where to begin! I first saw their Tik Tok and I fell in love all their dresses. Made my trip to them 5hr coming from AZ. It was so worth the drive. Absolutely stunning dresses! The ladies are amazing very nice and made my experience worthwhile ? I will be making my trip back in a few weeks to officially choose between two dresses. Can I just say how stunning this place is ?

Lamour bridal exceeded all of my expectations! Their posts online are initially what brought my attention and the store is absolutely beautiful in person, the bridal experts definitely know what they’re doing. They helped me find my dream dress which was an exclusive style of theirs and I even got a second dress because their prices are so much better than other high end bridal boutiques, my experience at lamour was 10/10 and would definitely recommend any bride to be to check them out! You will not regret it ✨✨✨✨
