Not very secure. Your stuff will get stolen and the lot isn’t responsible. Plus you will need to have over you keys for some spots. The garage on same block is 2$ more and they have two roaming guards.

Convenient spot next to DRT and whole foods.

Spot is somewhat inconsistently available do to always being rented out for movie productions and studios who pay way too much for this lot.

There's a few lots next to this if that happens.
