IBC Tanks Canada Inc., also known as Cargo Space Network gave our firm a purchase order for 2 truck loads of IBC Totes (120 totes). Our team set up the shipment and waived our advance requirements because we had done business with them before.

At first the purchase order was provided under their main company “Cargo Space Network” later they notified us that they are changing the order to be shipped under a new company called IBC Tanks Canada Inc. We agreed to this request even though it seemed fishy.

After we delivered the 2 loads of IBC totes. This team including Brian advised that they were having banking issues which is delaying payment and we can expect the payment any day. No payment was made by the company. We followed up for 4 consecutive months on the payment and no one responded. We were “ghosted”.

We had to eventually write off this account.

These people deal in bad faith and I would caution you in dealing with them. Please be sure to demand your payment before shipping to this company.

It is unfortunate that we have folks like this in the industry operating with such compromised ethics, I hope this review helps safeguard you as a supplier. Please be aware.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences here. I placed an order for water tanks with this company and I am glad we chose the option of paying upon delivery because they were never delivered to us. I placed this initial order with the owner who was very helpful and able to answer our questions and cater to our needs. Therefore, I called back to inquire about our missing order and re-order if required. However, the person (Ikta) who I had spoken to this time around was very rude and disrespectful. I was ordering on behalf of my father who has a language barrier, so I needed some time to explain to him and address questions that he had as well. We also had to clarify prices with her since there was a discrepancy between the quote that I was initially provided and the one that she was providing us with. However, she seemed to get frustrated with our questions and told us to "stop asking the same questions over and over again". She kept asking if she could hang up now while I took some time to relay the information to my father, even though I had told her I needed a minute to explain things to my father. When I had finally asked her for the total price so that I could place my order, she started to raise her voice and yell at me, accusing me of arguing with her instead. I told her I was simply asking her for a final clarification due to the discrepancy we previously had. She continued to tell me she had other customers on the line so she does not have time to talk to me and hung up on me. This kind of behaviour with customers is unacceptable and someone who does not have the patience or diligence to address a customer's needs should not be working in customer service. I understand how busy it can get in certain settings but that should never be an excuse to not provide adequate service to your consumers. I really hope no one else ever experiences this type of condescending treatment.
