Take note: This company and it's drivers are far superior ? for real, to ALL the other taxi companies in existence. The drivers are patient, VERY PATIENT, COURTEOUS, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL and very RELIABLE. Service is SUPER SPEEDY. The SAFEST travelling experience and these cars are well taken care of, super clean, & smell nice all the time. You literally ride in the lap of luxury and 5 star ? service each and every time. SHOUT OUT ? to My TOP three and FAVORITE Drivers- Drum ? Roll please..... Vinny, Ruth & Michele ? OUTSTANDING individuals who truelly ENJOY their job and their Passengers. They took me to an apt that was 2 hours away and then back home. I had 2 different drivers. Both were very respectful and excellent drivers. They arrived about 10 minutes early for each pick up and although I was ready on the way down, my apt took longer than expected and the driver had to wait quite a while for me for the drive back, but that was not an issue for him. He came in the building to help me get to the vehicle and even moved the vehicle to make it more convenient for me, and then helped me get settled in. I would recommend both my drivers, although I only got the name of the second one. Thanks Jimmy!

Questionable company. They left my mom stranded in Orangeville, ON. She uses an electric wheelchair. Her return trip was booked for 6pm - it did not show up and the driver did not call. We called so many times and no one answered - no one called back regarding her return trip. It was Labour Day so there weren’t any live agents - whoever was suppose to be there for emergencies was not. My mom did not get home until after 12am as we had to transport her ourselves in our personal vehicle and had to think creatively to get her chair back to Toronto as well. Called to find out what happened because it shouldn’t be so hard to follow up with the driver assigned and it’s taking a prolonged time to even get an answer. Took 2 days and multiple calls to finally get to speak to someone in management. Extremely disappointed.

Insurance assessment, pick up and drop off. Wonderful driver! They said to call when we were finished that either he or someone else would pick us up. We called when we're were done for a pick up and they stated that someone would be there 20min-half an hour. They asked where we would be waiting and I said we'd be at the front door. Time goes by and I ended up calling back 5 times after an hours wait. Then just ended up calling my lawyer and low and behold a car finally shows up after an hour. I don't think they are reliable that's for sure.

This company is a joke. I’m on wsib and my doctor and wsib agent worked diligently to cover me for the full care package transportation due to the nature of my injuries. Several times now they don’t send the full care package, instead the y subcontract to A1 taxi. A regular taxi driver pulls up and he does not offer any assistance. I’m on crutches and need wheelchair assistance. Also you book for a pick up time to get to your medical appointments and you book in advance and this unprofessional company does not show up to take you to your appointments! You have to call and freak out then they will send you a regular taxi and you’re late for your appointments!!! Shame shame shameful company. Stay away if you can. I will definately be lodging a complaint with WSIB about them using this company for injured people. They simply and obviously do not care !!!!

destination on time, and the driver was really kind and chatted with me as he knew that I was nervous about my appointment. (5 stars)

Kevin from North Bay was our driver both to and from my appointment. He is a wonderful driver, is very professional and personable, and made sure that at all times that I was comfortable and had everything I needed. We truly appreciated his help. Would highly recommend Kevin!

I have only started using this company for the past month, the drivers are some of the most courteous people I have met. The booking is made simple, and the people on the phone are just as wonderful to help you out. I thank them for helping me throughout my recovery period, getting me from appointment to appointment with ease. Keep up the great work!!!!
