This is the worst delivery company along with adidas online store. Both tforce amd adidas are giving me the run around for a jacket I purchased. It was suppose to arrive on Sept 12 2024. And still have not received it yet. Says on email my package is on the way. Still nothing. It says shortening Sept 12th. What ever that means. adidas is telling me there waiting on tforce to pickup my package and tforce is saying there waiting on adidas to send it. Customer service on both ends are saying absolutely the same thing. Stay away from online orders with adidas if they use tforce. If I could give them a negative rating for both I would

Disappointed and even more disappointed after reading this couriers reviews. Says my package has been in transit for a week. Called and couldn't get an ETA. I am leaving for a trip in a couple days and need to have this package before then. I can't find anywhere to complain to get a refund if my order doesn't arrive..

One of the worst delivery/shipping companies. I live in a townhouse complex which I understand could be a little difficult to find sometimes but that’s why I always add my contact number. I was waiting for an order today that never came but was marked delivered with two different delivery times. I’m beyond frustrated at this point cause this isn’t the first time I’ve went through this with this company!! Now I’m having to wait and see if the place I ordered from is going to replace the order or if I lose out on my purchase.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Delayed a package at 12:25pm because you couldn't "find" my address but no attempt to contact me. Then when I call customer service, while the rep was nice, he was absolutely of no help. Absolutely miserable experience so far.

Had something that was supposed to be delivered through them. After several days of no updates and sitting in “exception handling” limbo, they cancelled the order without notification. When contacted they essentially said, “since we’ve checked its status and it’s cancelled, you will have to contact the supplier,” with no further explanation as to what happened. The item was limited stock and now I have no guarantee of getting the item. If I could rate this company 0 stars I would, especially with the other reviews.

No surprise seeing the terrible ratings here. After a failed “attempt to deliver” where driver never called or left a slip, it’s now been 4 days with no further attempts to deliver or place for me to just pick up the package. Will never purchase from any company using TForce for delivery again.
