I typically don't write reviews but for the North Buffalo office I will make an exception to this "rule". The team here for Vector Marketing is nothing short of professional, disciplined, strong and willing to go the extra mile to succeed. Don't underestimate how hard people will go when challenged! As a sales associate here, I learned the value of hard work and found myself achieving things I had not done so before. What they don't teach you in school is brought upon you at Vector. You will grow professionally of course, but also be taken out of your comfort zone and develop a winner's mindset because that is what this business demands from you. Go all in 100% at Vector Marketing and you will go far.

Pros: They sell amazing kitchen cutlery.

Cons:
Biggest scam ever. Overpriced knives. Classic pyramid scheme. Do not work for them. If you want to lose money, and be the laughing stock of your block, then this is the place for you! If I could give this company a -5 star review, I would.

Verdict: Get yourself a real sales job that actually MAKES you money. Buy the knives online. Don’t waste your time here.

Working with Vector has been the best experience of my life. The growth I've experienced working in the Buffalo office goes far beyond any career development class I ever took in college. With the constant support and positivity of my managers I have the opportunity to practice networking, public-speaking, and self-discipline in the real world. In a matter of two months (and with them believing in me more than I believed in myself) I have felt a huge rise in my confidence in communicating with other people.

Going to meetings and conferences, I have learned those priceless skills that I was never taught by my school, community, or family. Most notably: How to effectively manage my time between school, family, and friends; How to persevere through adversity, and How to build relationships in a positive and professional way. Vector culture is unlike any other. It's always positive, incredibly encouraging, and focused on the personal AND professional development of its people.

They are misleading people that they are actually conducting interviews and when I mentioned it to Josh Thayer that he shouldn’t deceive people he banned me from the meeting I would highly recommend staying away from these scammers

Pyramid Scheme will reach out to you by name on your phone and ask you to come down for an interview "from your application" when I never sent anything to this company. Creepy/Predatory cold calling to recruit. Stay away. Never applied to their company their response is a lie.
