I went today to Dr. Mick's practice as a new patient. There was a miscommunication from my insurance side and they had arranged the appointment for a different day. Still, the staff accommodated me and managed to arrange a slot for me on the spot. My German is not good enough to explain my issue or understand indications well, but the staff was really kind to communicate in English with me (I can see many people take this for granted, but I think it's a super nice gesture from their side). They conducted an examination in a very professional and polite manner, keeping a touch of good mood all along.

Wir sind äußerst begeistert von Herrn Mick. Ein sehr netter und zuvorkommender Arzt. Er ist interessiert und recherchiert nach den Ursachen meiner Schmerzen.

Ich bin seit 2011 Patient bei Dr. Mick. Er hat bei mir einen doppelten Bandscheibenvorfall erfolgreich behandelt. Desgleichen eine Entzündung im Schultergelenk und ein Hämatom im Oberschenkelknochen. Immer erfolgreich. Herr Dr. Mick arbeitet ruhig, konzentriert und auf den Punkt. Termine werden pünktlich eingehalten. In akuten Fällen nimmt er sich sogar Sonntags Zeit. Das Team von Dr. Mick habe ich in jeder Situation, auch in der Pandemie, als professionell und freundlich wahrgenommen. Ich habe allerdings auch selbst schon in der Praxis Patienten erlebt, deren Umgangston untergründig war und deren Erwartungshaltung an Arzt und Praxisteam irgendwo zwischen 5* Wellnesshotel und Wunderheilung lag. Diese Personen sollten sich m.E. eine andere Praxis suchen.

Ich hatte heute den ersten Termin bei Dr. Mick. Das Praxisteam ist super freundlich, hilfsbereit und flexibel. Der Arzt ist äußerst gründlich und sehr erfahren. Ich wurde gut beraten und es wurde alles hervorragend erklärt. Für mich ein exzellenter Orthopäde!

Very professional orthopedist who takes the time to understand and treat the issue properly. I had been suffering for years of feet fasciitis and adjacent issues and was treated in London, Paris and Frankfurt by expensive, incompetent practitioners. I am glad to have found Dr. Mick who has solved it all at a decent cost.

Extremely disappointed, not listened to, didn't get help and the staff is very rude. As many describes in the comments, I needed to pay extra for different treatments, I now have an invoice for a elektro machine that was going to be sent to me but I haven't received although this was ordered more than 3weeks ago. I went twice a week during four weeks for accupuncture treatment and not a single time did the doctor ask me how I was feeling or how the treatment was going. Dr Mick was literally with me max 30 seconds and then left and I never felt I could ask anything or got any feedback when I wanted answers and had questions about the treatment. The nurses are all very rude, unfriendly , directly when you come in you feel very unwelcome.they barely look at you, it's all very unprofessional. I would not recommend anyone to this doctor. It is without exaggeration the worst experience I ever had visiting a doctor.
