I would like to leave a 4-star review for 98 Buck Social. The onboarding process was quick and easy. It was convenient to be able to onboard easily and see add-ons before making a purchase. My work was approved very fast, which was great. The graphic design work didn't fully meet my aesthetic preferences, but it was still clean and simple. My main concern is the lack of a clear cancellation policy. Transparency is important to me, and I expect companies to provide that information upfront. Even when I contacted support, they were unable to provide me with a copy of the cancellation policy. It's frustrating to have to wait for this kind of information, especially from support staff.

Aside from this, I believe 98 Buck Social is a good fit for other businesses, just not for me. I hope this review encourages the company to improve transparency in their FAQ section.

I love that they create content and post on all of my sites. This months postings are actually the best ones I have seen so far! Very happy with the service and quick responses if you have questions or concerns. They are also very customer focused and pleasing if you aren’t happy with something and they do their best to make it right!!!!

Terrible customer service and support!
I signed up for 98 buck social service and when I did not receive promised satisfactory service or a timely response to my emails, I canceled in first 30 days, and they used my login details I had to provide them to make daily Facebook posts to change everything on my business FB page to another language, Spanish, on my company Facebook page so I could not read or respond to any messages.
It took me weeks of going back-and-forth with Facebook to finally resolve the issue.
And now they have the nerve to be emailing me again trying to solicit my business.
I’ve sold my business since this issue occurred so now I’m not afraid of them getting back at me.
I definitely would never recommend using this company.

I have worked with 98 Buck Social Bucks for over 6 months and it's been a pretty good and seamless process. The onboarding process was straightforward and even I was stuck their support team was very responsive which I appreciated since it was the first time hiring an agency to help us get media presence. They did a great job with creating the social media posts and I appreciated them requesting my approval before they posted. My account representative Tiffany is amazing! She's very sweet, friendly and easy to work with. She totally understood my goals and our frequent check-ins were very helpful. For the quality of work they do, their fees are more than fair, I would highly recommend

I loved working with 98 Buck they did an amazing job with really understanding my voice and posting on social media and doing my FB and IG Ads for me. Tiffany was amazing to work with. Unfortunately I was laid off from my job so I was not with them long enough to see a return on my ad spend. But they definitely took good care of me while I was working with them.
