Training is 7 weeks and you can not miss one day. You will be terminated if you miss one day for whatever reason. No matter if it's health or death. They will fire you.
QA's will fail you. They pick and choose what calls they want to grade and they will go back a week to grade you on a call after you have already taken a week full of calls already. They would rather grade older calls instead of newer calls and that doesn't help the agent at all.
Only 2 people from each training class will graduate
They will do anything to fire you
It seems like they enjoy firing people more than retaining people
Tier 2 is rude.
Supervisors love the power that they have but they will fire you before trying to help you
QA does not want to help you but they want to fail you
They nick-pick calls
So if you have a Verizon up call and you say "Next, I would be sending you a free text message with a 6-digit code, please provide it to me.." They would mark you off for verification even though you verified but since you didn't say " next I would be sending you a free text message (to your phone) with a 6 digit code, please provide it to me" they would mark you off for that
They always say to build an emotional connection and do not care if you resolve the customer issue.
You can resolve the customer's issue but if you don't ask the customer how are you doing? how's the weather? where are you calling in from? You will fail the call
Also, if you Take too much VTO, you would get fired. So even if they offer it, they will fire you.
Also, all of the "good views" are from management.
Most customers want to get their issues resolved and get off the phone. They do not want to hear all of that extra conversation. Most of these people are at work. So for you all to fail your agents because of that is insane. Also, you all need a whole new QA team because they are all purposely failing agents. With Verizon up, you can't help those customers, so those calls shouldn't even be looked at. Also, if the call is over 12 minutes, why are you all grading those calls? It seems as if the QA agents purposely fail agents instead of helping them. QA should be required to take calls every two weeks so that they know how to grade their calls. Because it doesn't seem as if they ever took any calls except for the first month that they were in training. Also, since they got rid of the best, supervisor they had, the company has not been the same since he left abruptly. Which caused a chain reaction of people leaving. I am just glad I left before it's too late. It seems like that new management is about to be an issue. This is not one of those jobs that you would want to apply for if you want a steady career because they will fire you. They fired this one girl, and she wasn't even here for 2 months. They didn't even give her a chance. Another girl in my training class got fired on the second week. The second week? That is insane. Thankfully for me, I found a better job, and I do not have to walk on glass or worry if I am going to have a job month to month. Because at Kobie, you have to take it day by day. Because they will fire you at any time. You never know when it will be your last day.

They talked about a good game initially, but no follow through. They hire approximately 60 people for small training classes, and my supervisor barely coaches me, 1 time in 4 weeks. The trainers Kelsey Kris and Tara were awesome. But I did not get support from the supervisor. He also lied to me. But so be it.
