Unfortunately I didn’t land one account. Every appointment was not qualified to the parameters we agreed upon. Each appt was small or not worth the trip. I used them for 6 months and wasted $50,000. I’ve met another company that use them and had the same experience. Sales team was very nice as was our manager James. Very pleasant people, but with no results. I own a large cleaning company and the other similar service we use is fantastic and keeps me flooded with great appointments. My recommendation is to not use the company but if you decide to use it, go with the smallest package so you can get a taste of their service. I gave two stars instead of one because the staff is very nice and I don’t blame anyone in the back office when listening to the recorded calls that they sent you. You can hear that the majority of them are unprofessionally performed a lot of background noise so it sounds like it’s coming from a call center. The sales people I don’t think are qualified enough to do this service.

Abstrakt took a transparent and active approach to pitching our company. I appreciate all the hard work they put in for us. If you engage Abstrakt, it's necessary for you to be engaged with them and the leads they put in front of you - it's not magic and it won't result in automatic wins. But Abstrakt put in the time and effort for us, which I appreciate.

We are very pleased with the SEO services provided by Abstrakt Marketing Group. Over the past 6 months we have gained valuable insight into key word optimization and have seen a steady improvement in our search rankings as a result. Their expertise and dedication have significantly improved our online visibility, leading to a noticeable increase in traffic and engagement. Our Digital Success Manager is extremely helpful and knowledgeable and we look forward to seeing the improvements in our metrics each and every month.

We have been working with Abstrakt for over 2 years and are very happy with the consistent level of service that we get. Their video team is top notch! The entire crew: from cinematography, to audio, to motion graphics. We always have a professional finished product that reflects our brand.

As many of these reviews have accurately indicated, the only positive impression you will have working with Abstrakt Marketing Group is during the sales process. They are very good at selling you on something they cannot and will not deliver on. 90%+ of the appointments they created for us were unqualified and a waste of our time and resources. Even if they had given us the service for free, we would have had a negative return on our investment. That is quite a shocking thing to write.
In addition, a very common sales tactic they use is to say that they are working to land another company in your industry in the same geographic market. They say they only work with one company per industry per geographic market. We found out this was a complete farce as they were working with another company in our industry in the same market. I have told every company in our industry not to work with them based on this deception alone.
We traveled at our own expense to meet with executives from the company at their headquarters. They acknowledged in person that they owed us compensation for all of their mistakes over and above what they promised in the contract. They promised to get back to us. Two weeks and there was dead silence. These guys couldn’t care less about customer service or building any kind of relationship.
After we canceled the contract they even had the gaul, after the horrific service they admitted they provided, to hold a technicality in the contract to us to suck more money out of us. They claimed they would work very hard for us until the very final day. The only thing we got was more unqualified, waste of time appointments.
We provided them loads of information and leads to use. They even tried to convince us that they had a thriving and growing security department focused on the industry. This was clearly all smoke and mirrors from the very beginning. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

Abstrakt have tried several times to deduct funds from our backup payment method, months after the contract was terminated and the three agreed payments completed. Today they withdrew US$3,333 despite being instructed to remove us from their system a number of times. This is exasperating and another sad milestone in this relationship. There seems to be a huge disparity between the nice people who onboard you and what happens after that. Could not be more disappointed.

We were with Abstrakt for around 15 months and had to get out the contract because it was so expensive and we were not getting leads. a good 60% of the times we couldn't even meet with the leads. They count a lead even if you never meet with them so I would recommend that you read the fine print on that contract. Would I recommend them? No. If you have money to give away, maybe the bring something to you that is worth it but definitely not a good pick for a small business.
