I came in just the other night. The prices have gotten ridiculous!!!! I will shop in the dells before I shop 10 minutes away from my house. The employees are talking constantly and show VERY poor customer service. Half the time if you ask the employees for help they will give you an attitude. The only workers that actually do anything in that place is Dee from the front desk and Angel who is a store leader!! HIGHLY disappointed. Won’t be coming back until things change.

Besides the prices being ridiculous!
My household spent almost 4 grand on groceries here just last year (full year of 2023) Gosh!! I am so qualified for their so called profit sharing! ?
And got a big fat $7 check in my mail!!!! Why even fng bother sending it? Just a waste of paper!!!

I can't do this store... the prices are high, and after my last few visits, it seems the prices have gone to their heads. I see lots of people standing around chatting, which is fine except when it is at the cost of customer service. I don't like scanning and bagging my own groceries while employees pretend to do busy work. Feels like lots of bosses, top heavy management, and piss poor customer service. If you're going to charge these prices, you should at least provide adequate customer service.

This place is a joke. Friendship needs a good local store for normal people. Also this store is full of junk food, I think we deserve something better and healthier then this.

I just had a somewhat unpleasant experience at A-F County market. I had brought a bottle of tequila upto the check out at the liquor counter. I asked Julie if they had smaller bottles of tequila behind the counter, I ended up purchasing the smaller bottle and very nicely asked Julie if she would possibly put the large bottle back on the shelf. Julie was very put-out by this simple request. Julie, with a major attitude, immediately grabbed the bottle and put it back on the shelf leaving me and other customers waiting while she performed a simple task that actually her job. After returning to the register and ringing up my items, I again thanked her. Totally ignored me! Very bad customer service ?

Very rude supervisor. I’m 5’1 110 lbs. She is around 5’9 and out weighs me by 150. I my face screaming at me. I’m 70 years old. I’ve shopped there for 25 yrs. But never again unless she’s fired.

For being the only grocery in the area, this place is CLEAN. Good meat. Good produce. Good bakery. This town is lucky because I have seen grocery stores in similar rural areas that are absolutely disgusting. The prices are a little high, but that's probably expected for the area.

The store has become HEAVILY overpriced.
We don't need specialty/organic/'fancy' food in such a small rural town.
We need affordable food for everyone.
