This company is not trustworthy. We dealt with them recently and the agent in charge seemed and acted as the nicest person in the world and used us for his own profit and convenient. It was our first time importing goods to Canada, starting as a small business and this company ruined everything for us. First of all our shipment was supposed to arrive at our location in 40 days but it was delayed extra 2month . Because this company picked up the shipment late from their warehouse, the agent charged us for it. We arranged our workers and everything was set for morning to receive the delivery and the delivery guy showed up at 5pm on a Friday when everyone left and everywhere was closed for the day. We lost $1000...
The agent Francis charged us $800 for delivery but last minute changed it to $1300, the contract said it included load and unloading of the goods from the truck to our storage but their driver came alone and sat in truck while I had to unload the truck with my kids. They delayed everything 3months and I constantly communicated with Francis and requested to let me know if there’s anything we need to get done to be prepared so nothing is left for last minute because it’s our first time. He told me to get container and purchase invoices translated in English and bring the original copies from another country which was sent to me by DHL, but he didn’t need it them, still in the envelope... I have messages and proofs. Last minute he showed his true colour. Very disappointed and broken. Will never trust another person who sounds nice.... I don’t recommend this company at all.
