I've been trucking 25 years ,WORKED FOR HUNDREDS OF BROKERS .Been burned by a lot, my partner and i have been hauling thousands of loads for AXLE LOGISTICS FOR PAST 3 YEARS .Not only are they able to keep all my trucks running everyday. There communication is spot on emails answered, able to reach office by text and direct call .AND BEST PART THEY PAY ,IF you have a problem working with them your doing something wrong , in this business its very hard to find honest brokers .Zach is my contact always has been he's turned me onto other men and women in his organization that have opened up other lanes so Terminal Transport can grow ,WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THERE SERVICE . UPDATE…Booked a load with Axle Logistics, agreed on time, date, and locations. Pickup was a 70+ mile deadhead. I get within 10 minutes of pickup and they cancel the load. In which they don’t compensate for time, wear/ tear, and fuel. I would not trust this company.
UPDATE- I received a call from Brett (broker on this load) this morning. He updated me and told me that they have seen my review and were going to get me a TONU. It’s unfortunate that it came to this, but at the end of the day they ended up making things right.
