The old supermarket was torn down and replaced with this coop because of competition rules, ie too many supermarkets in the same area..In place now is a coop described as a ''convenience store '' not a supermarket. And hence the prices are sky high .What advantage was it to us living in the area without cars and the elderly? Its awful. The superstore before was much cheaper.

This shop is a shambles, the service has to be seen to be believed, no matter what time of day you go in there is a long queue with one person on the till. The bakery is more often than not completely empty by 11am. And the wee torn faced woman that works most days is one of the rudest people I have ever met. It makes me sad when I go in and see her working. It's old fashioned no self checkouts, Costa machine etc. I'm guessing co-op don't do mystery shoppers or just don't care.

The Coop policy is to LIE about about transit.
That LIE makes refunds impossible.

Staff always busy chatting in front of door and when you waiting to come in for 5 minutes and no one there,during beginning of coronations was worse,its my local shop but I rather go tesco.i support local shops but not when waiting so long and then being spoken to rudely

Visited at 11 am, no bakery products out, food expensive and check out service deadly slow. Could do with some self check out units.
