Exceptional Craftsmanship and Service from Jason at D & L Hardwood Flooring!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Jason from D & L Hardwood Flooring to install and refinish 4-inch hardwood floors in my home, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the results. From start to finish, Jason was professional, knowledgeable, and meticulous in his work.

He used a Bona Nordic sealer, and the outcome was stunning. The sanding was done with great care, leaving the floors perfectly smooth, and the staining added a beautiful, consistent color throughout the space. The sealer gave the floors a fresh, modern look, just as I had envisioned.

Jason took the time to explain each step of the process and answered all of my questions, which really put my mind at ease. His attention to detail and dedication to quality were evident in every aspect of the project. Not only was the work done on time, but the finished product exceeded my expectations.

I'm reminded everyday of the quality of work this company does, by the huge crack in the center of my living room. I asked several times if the floor was level enough to lay luxury vinyl planking across the spot when a wall had been removed, and despite my better judgement I didn't protest when they insisted it was fine and didn't need to be filled in more. Within 6 months the floor cracked. Yes, the floor is guaranteed for life, but replacement of the single floorboard in the center of the open-concept room is not feasible. The crack has been growing steadily and is now 28". I've super glued some of the chips back where they came from, but needless to say the floor doesn't look or feel like it should. I would highly recommend choosing a different flooring person.

Amazing work! The guys were quick an efficient. The original maple floors had urine stains from previous owners dog, D&L crew were able disguise the stains with the exact color I chose for floor. Jason was easy to work with and he was able to answer all of our questions regarding the process and scheduling. Would use them again and highly recommend!
