Highly disappointed with the service that we received. My mom received notification that her appointment needed to be rescheduled an hour before the appointment time. It wasn't even clearly explained what she would have done at her appointment. Upon speaking with a gentleman he explained that Friday would be the day the test could be performed considering that they only do them on Monday and Friday's. When arriving for the appointment at 9 am appointment, no one was there until 9:20 am. When a lady got there she explained that they dont do allergy tests on Friday only Monday and Tuesday. Thankfully she would be able to do it. She was very nice and apologized for the miscommunication.

Slow as molasses. If you want to be there all day. This is the place for you. Dr Jackson hides from her patients. Very slow I waited 3hrs before I was seen. Nice lady but her services needs to be more consistent. ..

Has her patients waiting hours, never calls in prescriptions like she is supposed to does not listen to your needs...Does two jobs at once and patient's can not get proper care like that! Overall I wouldn't recommend a dog to her...

I have tried over a month to get copies of my medical records but have not been able to do so. Dr. Jackson has to give the approval for the records to be released and even though my signed request for the records was on her desk she did nothing. Since she is only in the Rockingham office one day a week, I called the following week after she failed to do anything with my request and I was told she was in surgery and wouldn't be in until next Tuesday. I am getting no where in getting these records.

Even though she is a very busy doctor she takes her time and treats each patient as though she really cares and she listens to what you are saying. I like that she does what she says she is going to do and makes sure you do the same.
