Dr. Ose is as good as they come. I have been seeing him for over 4 years, his combination of holistic and traditional therapies has been immensely helpful. I find him to be a very good and compassionate listener. A breath of fresh air from the years of 15 minutes and a script. During the height of the pandemic we seamlessly switched to zoom meetings. He is a one person office and does not except insurance directly, so you must file your own, which has been no problem. His bill with the proper codes is supplied. If you looking for a change and a chance.... and he has openings, go for it!!!

After searching for quite some time for the right Dr., I did my research and then realized after my first visit that Dr. Ose exceeded my expectations as a practicing holistic psychiatrist. He is wise, patient, and has a calming demeanor and presence. I felt very comfortable talking to him and he listens and provides sound advice. I am so happy I found his practice. I am so grateful to Dr. Ose for his professional, compassionate, knowledgeable, empowering care. He accepted me as a new patient nearly two years ago when I could barely put into words the struggle I’d faced for decades. He provided a safe environment for me to explain the painful experiences that got me to this point, and helped identify the best approach to finding my way through the hardest days. Without his diagnosis, and his deliberate, cautious introduction of medication, I would not have been able to do the challenging work necessary to heal. I’ve gone from seeing Dr. Ose every week or two, to monthly check-ins. He has helped me develop a set of tools; including mood logs, journaling, breath work, nutrition and exercise, as well as improved sleep and a collection of literature that has helped me become more aware of my own needs, and my role and responsibility in my wellness. His approach to my care can truly be defined as holistic, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dr. Ose to my loved ones.

Dr Ose is life changing. I came to him 3 years ago, asking if he could help me come off of 6 years’ worth of of anxiety and depression medication. With patience, compassion, and truly holistic treatment, he is helping me become a more mentally healthy and peaceful version of myself. We also went through EMDR, a trauma-relieving therapy, which was, again, life changing. Imagine - finally feeling free of traumas and pain; I never thought it would really be possible. I just want that for everyone in pain. I can’t recommend enough.

What makes Dr. Ose exceptional among the several therapists I have seen is that he provides a holistic approach to managing my anxiety and depression. He applies a systematic framework during sessions that measure my emotional baseline and then recommends exercises (breathing, meditation) and tools (mood journal, books) to manage my anxiety and depression. Dr. Ose is amazing. I legitimately, and entirely mean this when I say I cannot express how helpful he has been.

I was neglected by a terrible establishment that I won’t mention here.
