I called to schedule an appointment for my father with Dr. Yu to answer some questions regarding an upcoming procedure.
I was informed that he would be away, and that
Dr. Karmen would be able to help. She was helpful, compassionate, and understanding. Dr. Karmen was proactive in requesting further testing to better understand his concerns and get the most valuable information from this upcoming procedure.

I am severely ill. Saw her and explained everything. She wasted my time when I am very sick and in pain. Told me to come in with my records for an appointment so that she can start tests. Had me waste time to come in, only to then refer me. She could have referred me last week and without making me come all the way in for an appointment when I am in pain. The lack of respect, care or consideration for patients time and pain is a testament for how money driven her practice, and so many, are. Her office also never sent out the authorizations they had me fill out.
