My husband and myself are patients at Coastal in Port Saint Lucie.
I love Dr. Richards...she is truly the Best ENT that I have seen!
She's kind...caring...and SHE LISTENS!!!!!!
She's seen me for Sinus issues which she always takes care of...and I am now seeing her for my Thyroid...I wouldn't go any where else!!
My husband goes for Allergy shots and had also seen several of the Drs.at this practice.

35 minute wait in the waiting room for a five minute appointment if that! Barely looked at me and sent me on my way. Going to another ENT doctor it takes an interest in their patients and follows through.

I just received horrible customer service from Melanie, who answered the phone. She was exceptionally rude and unhelpful and completely shut down any ability to provide help in an emergency situation. Beware when you call and talk to their front office staff!
