Steve was terrific. Fixed my issue in 5 minutes so I could drive my car safely and gave me the name of a full body repair shop to complete the job. And, charged me only $20 for his time and expertise. Highly recommend.

Brought both of my old cars here. Neither car had been set up correctly by other shops. Steve tuned my '69 Firebird perfectly, replaced the stock fuel pump, installed a PCV valve and correctly routed the vacuum. Very reasonable and I got at least 40hp increase out of my 350 Pontiac engine. On my Chevelle stationwagon, he ended up pulling the very tired 350 and it was sent to the machine shop and rebuilt. A new radiator and carb were installed. My car runs great!!! I recommend this shop for all old and newer car repairs.

Steve (owner) of E&L is an honest man. There have been several times where he could have charged us more money or could have padded the bill - but did not! He's told me when there were things I could do for myself to save money. I highly recommend him for honest and fair repairs! The office could be cleaner though. 😉

Absolutely top notch place to take your vehicle for any type of service or maintenance issue. I've taken our cars and truck here for many years now and can, without reservation, say I am so pleased with everything that has ever been done by E & L. First time I went, I had taken my Excursion to someone else for an issue..it wasn't quite right after a repair was made so I asked a friend if they knew if a trustworthy place I could take her.. I ended up at E & L and haven't gone anywhere else since that day. He fixed what the other mechanic didn't do correctly and also took care of some other issues I was having while I was there. Just a great place, that is fair and guarantees their work. I appreciate any business that doesn't try to up sell you, make you sound money that isn't necessary and is upfront about everything that is going on from beginning to end. And that's what you get every time here.

Do not bother to take your car here. They have worked on my antique Corvette a couple times and each time they have improperly repaired items only to have to do it again. Replace the throttle bodies (@$1000) only to not be able to get the car running properly, it took 7 months to get them to take it back only to get every excuse under the sun as to why the car ran so poorly. Finally took the car somewhere else only to find out that they had broken the linkage on the throttle bodies and tried to re braze it and bent the connecting bar between the linkage rods and stripped the adjusting screws. Also the EGR valve had a hole punched in it and was repaired with a piece of paper towel and a hot glue gun. I ended up having to buy yet another set of throttle bodies on EBay so that I could have the linkage replaced and have the new injectors swapped over. RUN AWAY FROM THIS SHOP!!
