Heard the doorbell ring, ran up to answer it, watched the fed ex drive away, having never seen me come to the door, and him leaving a 3000$ display on my doorstep. If I didn’t work from home this would have, best case, sat from 930-5 on my porch. I have no doubt it would have been stolen. How is this acceptable. I have had to pick up $20 parcels from the shipping depot when I wasn’t home.

Heard the door ring, ran upstairs and saw the fed ex truck pulling away never having seen me, and a 3000$ display left on my step. If I didn’t work from home this would have sat on my step from 930-5. In reality it would have been stolen. How is this acceptable.

Totally useless delivery service and customer support. Packages on vehicle for delivery for at least 7 days before being delivered. I am still waiting for delivery of a package that has been out for delivery for a week now. I've called multiple times, talked to people who I can barely understand from an unspecified location and opened a case. I keep being told that it is on the truck for delivery, but nothing ever shows up. They will not provide a phone number to contact the local depot that the package is coming from (London, Ontario). Everything is secret and they just read off a script that they're provided. Packages that have arrived come covered in Priority Overnight stickers because when the driver takes it back to the depot everyday, they stick another Priority Overnight sticker on. I've had packages from different places on the truck for delivery at the same time, but only one package gets left, and not the other. The driver just drops and runs if he ever shows up at all.

I was awaiting a delivery of perishable food that was expected to arrive Thursday by 8pm. I spoke with customer service Thursday evening, Friday morning and Friday afternoon to find out what was going on with my delivery. It arrived at the London, Ontario location on Thursday at 11:07am. All 3 times, customer service tried calling the London location. Two had to leave messages and one spoke with someone and was advised it was still in a container and they would look for it and call me back. I was told all 3 times someone from
The London location would call me back within a couple hours. Surprise, I still have not received a call. I also asked for a call from a Manager at Customer Service to discuss this and was told each time that I would get a call back - again, no one has called me. I was told during the last call with customer service that my delivery wouldn’t be to me until Tuesday af the earliest now. Need to know how to get this order cancelled and destroyed by FedEx now. The company I ordered from doesn’t want it back. Luckily, unlike FedEx, the company I ordered from has exceptional customer service and is taking care of this mess for me.

Not happy at all with FedEx delivery!
They say my parcel would arrive on Friday before 8 pm.
Did not show up. I went to the London FedEx facility where my package was supposed to be. I go there it’s there and they say they can’t get to it as it’s in a container. They say it will be delivered Monday. Monday a no show! That’s 2 days mu wife stays home for nothing. I’m going to the facility again Tuesday to see if I can get it.. I was talking to another frustrated customer the day I went, he said that his delivery was supposed to arrive 4 days in a row as they said, it came on the fifth day.
I will never deal with FedEx again!!
Absolutely not acceptable service.

The WORST! 2 days with communication that my package would arrive … two days away from work as it needs to be signed .. then the last text today “you weren’t home” I WAS HERE ALL DAY! You never came ! Customer service is a joke don’t bother to call it’s a waste of time . Now I am to not work tomorrow bc they can’t proves a window for delivery ! Yet they can LIES! Next call to bear buy to encourage the use of an alternate carrier … FED EX YOU ARE THE WORST

I work from home and live in a duplex. The driver tried to deliver to the wrong unit and now I need to wait until 7PM today to go pick my package up from the entire opposite side of town.

You know we have home delivery for a reason right? The fact that I was home and wasn't delivered to is ridiculous. There was a car in the driveway and obviously 2 mailboxes, and 2 entrances.

You're happy to call me the day before and notify me that there will be a delivery but you can't call me while you're waiting outside the wrong unit to let me know your here.

Extremely disappointed especially considering the day and age we live in and the technology we have available. Get with the times, it sounds like I'm not the only one whose had poor experiences with your drivers.

Package was supposed to be delivered Saturday. It's now Friday, almost a week later. No attempt to deliver and 3 emails throughout the week saying it is out for delivery. No show either day! Zero stars! Zero customer service. Don't use this useless service!
