I started seeing Dr Knoll not long after we moved to Massapequa back in 2001. Yes, I often wait to see him, but I don't mind because he is one of the most caring doctors I've ever seen. He really listens your concerns and never makes you feel rushed. I totally trust him. Hes a rare gem. I'm heartbroken that he is no longer accepting my insurance. I came online to find a local PCP that is accepting new patients as well as my insurance & then I saw some bad reviews for Dr Knoll & his staff, I had to speak up. I think he and his staff are all very courteous and professional, and I highly recommend them. Hes worth the wait.

Doctor Howard knoll is one of the nicest caring
Doctors I know, he is very thorough takes his time with you. His staff is very kind , Been going there for years. Personally I think He is an excellent doctor. I highly recommend him.

Have been going to Dr. Knoll for over 20 years. When i began caring for my mother, I brought her to Dr. Knoll for her care. That is the best commentary I can give, as I always wanted the best for my family. The staff is friendly and kind and Dr. Knoll knows his stuff.....excellent provider.

Wait time is horrendous
Appt was at 1pm and we waited 50 minutes to be seen. Also the doctor is wearing old dirty shoes with stains all over his pants and shirt, very unprofessional. how does this communicate his experience and professionalism. He makes jokes that are offensive and when we went there he disregarded pain and gave us cheap Tylenol and told us there wasn’t anything that we could do for pain from a car accident besides surgery which wouldn’t be covered.... why hasn’t his practice been closed down?

Worse doctor ever. The wait is forever. He doesn’t seem to know much about his profession or how to treat ailments. It takes him days to weeks to call you back. Thinks he is funny but he’s not. He must not pay his staff much because they don’t seem happy and are not nice. GO TO ANOTHER DOCTOR!!!

Dr knowl is well educated, he listens and and cares about his patients, I've been going there for a long time and always left satisfied with my visit. His staff is wonderfull very efficient, and friendly.

I have been going to this doctor for years all of a sudden this past 3 years he has been terible ddoesnt call you with your test results hurrys you at appoinment have to call for days to get test results have to look for a new doctor
