I have worked there almost 3 months. That was worse time of my 3+ years of trucking. They hired us for switches from Georgia and barely give us.
Dispatch and safety Never answer phone calls even in emergencies. They don’t care where you are and whatever is situation everyone try to escape the problem. Bcz end of day they will blame you for everything.
Even for small issue they make it big. And make you sit at home for a week or two.
I could write essay on it.
Just make sure if you’re going to get work here forget about your self respect.
They just want you to keep your mouth shut and listen to everything and agree with everything no question.

Company called me out to do a roadside service. Upon my arrival, the driver proceeded to change every detail that had been discussed. After receiving my services (including a 2nd trip), the driver then told me the company would not pay me for any of it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND that you provide any services to this company unless you plan to do it for free. Also, there is no way to contact anyone to resolve this issue.

I had worst experience with this company. I will never recommend anyone to work with this company. Simran kaushal had very bad negative attitude towards drivers, In my 8 years experience of driving truck included 3 years driving LCV I have never seen anybody like her. She is very arrogant and unprofessional. Safety people need to pay more attention to drivers and should listen their concerns, Because of Simran Kaushal I lost my job, She hired me for long haul and later on told me there is no long haul job available. I already quit my other job because she hired me. I left with no job because of her she wasted my 3 months. I was the only income source for my family, because of her we went through very tough time.

Well it’s in Brampton so that’s your first red flag. Second, these flip flop drivers couldn’t steer a spoon into their own mouth let alone back a trailer into a dock or maintain a safe trip down a highway. Pretty sure these clowns are trained by Swift. Certainly this division in Brampton is nothing but a group of crash test dummies who knew someone to get them to the point of allowing a crooked business.

Driver almost drove me off the highway and was acting completely crazy, meanwhile I was going the speed limit in the slow lane. Honking crazy, flashing his lights and sent me right on the shoulder of the highway

Never drop trailer for their Walmart business. Otherwise you will get only $20 per day detention. They will not inform you before and after 10-15 days their sales rep RAJ Gerard Mohabir will bully you by offering $20 per day trailer detention. Please beware from their Walmart business.
