Very polite, knowledgeable and friendly. Fixed our Samsung dryer for a fair price. Would recommend. Update 5/2024.. we've called LeRoy back to work on our builder-grade dishwasher. His repairs last. He's one of the kindest people we've ever met and we highly recommend him. He will call you if you leave your information. He's very busy so be patient. He's worth the wait! We hold on to his number like it's gold.

Bought new appliances for my kitchen. Within a year electronic board in microwave went bad. They came and fixed it. Now year + later it goes bad AGAIN. call and told no warranty now and I must pay service guy to come look at it. I said send me part and I'll install it. Told can't do that and actually got hung up on. 2nd person said they would sent part. Never came, so called again. No record of my call or part being sent. Told they can't do anything. I guess big companies like LG doesn't care that they have poor customer service, and appliances. I just want microwave board to stop flickering numbers. Hope they read this and stand behind their products.

Frigidaire sent L&G out to look at our Professional Series Stand Alone Freezer that was brand new and icing over inside all along the back wall. He came, took off my interior back panel and thawed the compressor as a temporary fix. Informed us he knew if the issue and would contact Frigidaire for a part. We have been ghosted ever since. Countless ignored texts and a voicemail that is always full. The number listed when you get voicemail is a different number than listed in Google, and different than what you actually dialed. Also appears to have not filed anything with Frigidaire as they have no record of him even showing up (which he clearly did). Huge waste of my time and back to square one with a frozen compressor again.

I called early this morning if they service for the holiday and was told yes. We scheduled a time and the person was a no show. We did not even get a phone call of delay or to reschedule. Communication is key for adequate service. My time was wasted and I do not appreciate that.

I highly recommend this business for your appliance repair needs. I called at 10:38 am on Saturday and he was here by noon the same day and had my dryer working by 12:30. Very friendly and very helpful.

Great service! I would highly recommend using L&G Appliance Service for any of your appliance needs. Service technician was polite, professional, on-time and EXTREMELY knowledgeable. Service call and repair cost about half the price of other service companies.
