Beautiful new construction & renovated homes. John has show-stopping taste and knowledge of materials. Ambient lighting, modern showers, spacious custom closets, high-end curb appeal and designer kitchens are his specialty. John has also crafted amazing commercial real estate new builds and remodels for retail/office, clubhouses and locker rooms alike.

Last year my 2-story home was flooded due to a Plumbing Issue. We are a family of 5 with 3 kids, so dealing with the magnitude of this event, being homeless, and the Insurance Process was one of the hardest things I have ever been through. However one of the pleasant outcomes of this whole ordeal, was seeing the completed repair and Construction Renovation experience and guidance provided by L&L Construction John Contreras. After contacting every contractor i knew, or friend of a friend construction company, in the area with no luck due to: they were too busy, didn't want to deal with an Unsettled Insurance Claim, not showing up for an Appointment. I found L&L Construction through a normal Google Search. I spoke with John, that same day as he met me at my home. To my surprise not only did he say they would be interested in doing the job, but also he gave me, renovation tips, and cost saving ideas to keep it within my budget. The other thing was, I explained to John that I had not yet settled with the Insurance Company, but he was completely understanding and flexible to my situation. Once we agreed upon the scope, there would be weeks gone by without any new info I could give him on a start date, yet he would always follow up and take the time to strategize with me. They also let us choose all of our own materials and fixtures (backsplash, sinks, granite, faucets, lights, etc.) and even spent more time than should be necessary with my Fiance to cater to her vision as much as possible. Once we were ready to get going, John set up a work sequence schedule specific to my Draws from the Insurance Company. He always kept us updated throughout the entire process with pictures, phone calls, text messages and email updates. I can't stress enough how professional they were and how happy I am with the results! They did new floors both levels, new walls & ceiling, new lighting, new interior paint entire home, new molding, closets, new kitchen counters, cabinets, sinks, faucets, bathrooms, kitchen backsplash, garbage disposal and even electrical wiring and TV Mounting. They fully deserve 5 stars for this job. This is now my dream home. I wanted to do this for years, but never knew it could happen. L&L Construction did it.... Thanks so much for your help John, next year I have some more ideas for the Exterior:) !
