I only did a pedicure this time, it's my daughter's regular nail place. Jenny hooked my nails up but her massage was on another level. I was basic with the toes really just wanted a great atmosphere and great pedicure that offered wax. I appreciate my daughter was able to call ahead and Jack had our water ran & ready for our pedicures. Y'all were an excellent experience, & I will be back #BAYMONEYTAROT ON YOUTUBE

I'm new to the area. Have been to 2 different nail salons, and was not completely happy with my nails. I like designs on my nails, one place said they only had 1 person that did them and he was off, the other to be honest I just never went back for no particular reason.
Tried L, and I'm positive this will be my permanent salon from now on. She asked what type of design I wanted....alot (of design)or a little, colorful or not, jewels or no jewelry. I was very happy with the end result and can't wait to see what else they can do!!!

First and LAST visit. I asked for a pedicure. No prices were shown to me about different pedicures offered. So I assumed they only had 1 pedicure option. Even before I went to pay I was disappointed with my pedicure. I wouldn’t consider it a pedicure. Nothing was done but my feet sat in water for a period of time. My polish was changed and then she put oil on my legs. No massage or anything. Also, she removed the blue liner that goes in the spa and had my feet in the bare water. No telling how many people she has done that to. The purpose of the liner is not to spread germs and foot fungus. Obviously I won’t be back. I told the person who checked me out the issues (bc my polish is not smooth. She put 3 layers of gel polish and the polish is bumpy) he did not say anything or offer to fix my policy. I paid and left. Never spending my money here again. One and done.
Excuse my ashy feet but look at all the dead skin/cuticle on my toes AFTER a “pedicure”TODAY.

Jack is the one of two nail technicians I let touch my eyebrows (as they are thin)

I moved to the RDU area with family still in the CLT area and I’ll always have Jack do my eyebrows. One of the few locations I’ve visited where all the nail techs can actually do nails!

Love this place . Very clean and professional . Always great service , they use good products so your nails are strong and don’t break easily. Great with designs too ! . 4 stars because the Only thing I would change is I wish they took appointments, it can be difficult some days getting serviced by your preferred nail tech or lash tech so be prepared to wait hours if you’re not willing to go to anyone of the workers . Other than that they’re the best !
