I had Carl change out my pump and filter to my inground pool. Carl was awesome, on time, responsive and professional throughout the entire process. His team at the store as well is always great anytime I have questions or need refills on supplies. I highly recommend LTECH for all your pool needs!

I have been dealing with leisure Tech Pool for several years now. This is the first time I’ve ever left a review. That being said, I have never had a negative experience. The entire staff is very friendly and knowledgable. As far as supplies on hand they generally always have what I need. I have never used them to service my pool but from what I’ve heard from others they are good.

Company was straight to the point, on schedule, on time, price breakdown and fair! Did not change or stray on price.
I had a pool heater complete and installed in one day as promised. Would recommend !!

Had a great experience with these guys this morning. Needed a part in a rush to fix a hot tub at my Airbnb and the owner got right on it. Getting me expedited service from out of state and getting me the parts I need. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful and polite. Overall, just a great experience .I will definitely be using these guys from now on!

This company is a joke. Carl came to my house to set up the automations on the Pentair system we have. Calls me bud and pats me in the back (first red flag). Then he tells me that our system cannot handle a spa and a pool and a spillway because it is designed for only one body of water (in fact, it is perfectly designed for multiple bodies of water and a spillway, just take a look at the picture of our system below). Then he claims that he is a Pentair certified technician and that the people who installed our system did a poor job (second red flag), saying that because we have a pool cover, our pool equipment won't work and even if we had no pool cover it would not work either. He finally blew up our backwashing hose after doing a mistake and left without setting up anything. He ended up sending us a quote to add a second filter, a second pump, and different add-ons to our system for a whooping $9,000! I felt like it was a rip off, so I called another company who sent a technician who knows his way around pool equipment so he was able to set up our system effortlessly without changing or adding any equipment whatsoever. For a couple hundred bucks. What a difference!
L Tech Pool and Spa just send you people who will try to take advantage of you if you don't pay attention. Stay away at all cost if you don't want to get scammed, and don't get fooled by the "I am your buddy" acting.
