I’ve had the pleasure of working with Laura for the past 4 years, both as my Executive coach and leading our Executive Women’s pod. Laura has been instrumental in helping me prepare for difficult conversations with Executive team members, along with helping me prepare for my own compensation negotiations. She holds me accountable for key deliverables and for giving me tough love when needed. In the past 4 years, I’ve led People Operations teams at rapidly growing start-ups, and Laura has been pivotal in helping me to focus on both business challenges and maintaining a balance outside of work.

Our Executive Women’s pod has tackled topics from salary negotiations to having difficult conversations, with Laura sharing these topics through articles, books etc. She has helped create a supportive culture within our pod, and ensures we celebrate our successes, but also feel comfortable in sharing our challenges.

In what has been a challenging 4 years professionally for me, I’m so grateful to have found Laura, as I know I have someone who forces me to get outside of my comfort zone, and push me to take action in areas I’d usually try to avoid. Laura changed my life. As a busy mom and executive, I was feeling overextended, stressed, and had too many commitments of my time. I had to make changes in both my work and personal life.
