Highly dissatisfied with this company. I sold a high end home (1 million up) using realty by premier Sotheby’s. They selected this business as my closing company. My transaction was a very easy one, since it was a cash offer and you will not think they will mess up but they sure did.
When Melissa Briggs my representative at Logan’s , asked to submit anything to she received it the same day. On they of closing she informs me that she has 3 closings that day and after I called her multiple times to follow up not even one call was returned to me that day. My realtor gave keys to the buyer around 11 am and before she did she made sure the title company had everything signed and ready to go for my wire. I started calling around 1 and many attempted calls later that day Melissa did not Gad the courtesy to return even one. She did exchanged some emails which I will post here. The responses changed from we are still waiting for signed documents from buyers to the attorney is just right now scanning the documents. So 5 pm comes and she emails that they wire the money but it will not be there until the morning.
After doing my due diligence and paying this company a good amount of money expecting a smooth transaction , what I got was emails , not personalized service and ultimately not resolving the situation. I will not recommend this title company to anyone and I am extremely surprised that a company of such prestige as Sotheby’s would even use them and put the client through this unpleasant experience. In the end Mr.Logan calls me around 7 Pm and wire went through. I just felt I was submitted to unnecessary stress and did not have the smoky transaction I was waiting for. Take your business to where you are appreciated.
