I felt welcomed and accepted upon my arrival. I did not feel judged or condemned during my meeting with the Director. She even offered me more resources to help me. I was surrounded with compassion and understanding by every staff member present.

Ma'ruf does so much for people with such a small space and staff, MashaAllah. There is a constant influx of families with children and they try to provide their needs. From refugee services, food packages and counseling to financial assistance and school supplies, Ma'ruf makes everyone feel cared for and safe. I love that they are concerned about the people they serve, more than building shiny buildings or displaying themselves. May Allah accept from them and support them with the best supporters, ameen.

Ma’ruf is nothing short of an amazing organization filled with extraordinary people. My time with Ma’ruf was as a volunteer helping them with events like their food distribution drives. I was able to see first hand the impact Ma’ruf has on so many people. Theres still a lot of people who still need help and I know Ma’ruf will be there to support them.

Maruf has always went above and beyond for those in need by hosting carnival for refugee kids, food/supply drives for those in need, and much more for the community. Its great seeing an organization be at the forefront of relief for those in need!
