Booked a load from this broker and was completely disappointed by their schemes. They deserve 0 stars to be specific I would like to expose the rob Cunningham team. Please check your rate confirmation sheet for pickup and delivery addresses, they told me that it's standard procedure to not include this information for the carrier. My experience with this standard procedure was terrible! The Cunningham team failed to give me accurate information to make my delivery. After loading my truck the Cunningham team decided to text me the delivery address. After driving 4.5 hours to the location texted to my phone, the Cunningham team calls me to inform me that the mysterious address they gave me has now changed. The now new location is to an additional 50 minutes in traffic to another location in order to deliver my load. This inconvenience and total waste of time is unnecessary especially in the trucking industry. They said that I will be compensated for my time and frustration and wanted me to complete the delivery for their customer. Now, After 3 days of calling and emailing speaking to several representatives such as John, Josh, Matt, and many others they still did not compensate me for their mistakes regarding their standard procedure by not Including addresses on rate confirmation sheet. Every time I called they gave me the run around and refused to respond to my emails. It's sad whenever they needed me to deliver this load I was always available to give them updates, now that their load is delivered by professional service I'm getting the team Cunningham run around. All I'm asking is to get my full compensation for my professional services provided to this broker. If anyone on team Cunningham have any good character and decency please act accordingly and do the right thing.

Megacorp please find some integrity and do what's right in my situation. Please don't send me the same systematic replies about contacting carrier service, that you've been giving to all carriers writing bad reviews about your company. I've called carrier service several times before writing this review and all I can say is it's nothing but a joke.. Just get this message to team Cunningham and have him call me and respond to my emails. The ball is in your court, action is expected on your side.

I Book a load with them from Aguila, AZ to Jessup,MD and i drive 70 miles to the shipper,  I was told the load was ready on the floor, Upon arrival was told by the shipper that the load was not even close to finish either tonight or tomorrow.
I called back the broker and asked him for Compensate me and send new revised confirmation for my waiting time if he wants me to wait, he refused and he told me that that he will blacklist my company if I don't wait and follow his order,  very very rude and not recommend broker,he hung up on me,  stay away from him

down to earth and honest. He was very respectful & considerate to our drivers and dispatcher with a great sense of humor.

‼️Warning on broker DANTAE MOORE‼️
I booked a load with Dantae from CA to CA. Load was supposed to deliver same day Friday. He seemed like a good/attentive broker but once there was a problem with the load he was not helpful.
Delivery appointment was at 4:30PM on Friday. I have emails informing of late arrival (5:30PM) due to traffic and he said it was okay to arrive by 5:30PM since the “receiver supposedly” told him it was okay. Once the driver arrived at the receiver, they told him that his appointment was at 4:30PM and did not let him unload. They told him that the broker needed to call and reschedule an appointment (which broker did not do). Dantae was not helpful at all and didn’t inform us of a reschedule appointment until Sunday to deliver Monday. He does not want to pay the extra fees which include holding the driver until Monday and having to put diesel on the reefer since it sat there all weekend. He tried to argue that the driver didn’t check in until 5:40PM but that is not correct. Security at the gate of the receiver has him down as he checked in at 5:20PM. Don’t book loads with DANTAE MOORE!!!
