The worst experience I have ever had. It cost me a fortune with no ROI.
Promised the world and delivered nothing but SPAM and extra work and stress for me and my team.
They obviously did not take the time to know our business and changed account manager with a weeks notice with little or no handover...and kept "testing" for 6 months.
I don't usually write reviews but I am devasted and want to alert others to do your homework .. I wish I had.
Perhaps only positive feedback posts are kept here... if I could give no stars, I would.
Be aware and see other sites for more realistic feedback.

I rarely write bad reviews and I honestly don't feel great about this but I had such an awful experience and lost a significant amount of money for my small business when dealing with megaphone. Unfortunately their advertising tactics were focused around writing fake reviews and advertising them or creating clickbate campaigns that were tacky and devalued our brand for example creating visuals using princess Diana images when the queen passed away. The sales team are well trained but when we got handed over to our campaign managers they barely took a second to understand our brand, I was locked into a 3 month contract and a minimum spend. I decided to cut my losses in the end. I don't think we were a big enough financial client for them and this definitely showed. Just all in all so disappointed with my experience and just a warning that if you are a smaller business / brand this is probably not the right fit for you.
