Used this company for our wedding at Waterloo Village in Stanhope NJ. They were on the preferred vendor list. Andrea was great and super responsive. Pricing was fair in my opinion. Drivers were always on time and we had full communication of driver arrival and itinerary for the day of drop off/pick up times. Everything was very organized.

We hired Metropolis for transportation to and from our wedding and chose the 14 passenger vans for both the guests and ourselves, and I have to say all the drivers were so polite and accommodating for all the guests - even mailing back a lost phone to one of our guests! The drivers were both responsible and fun, dressed sharp and very personable. I could say the same for Andrea who I coordinated with on the details from day 1. She always responded promptly, always very personable, and had lots of patience for all my questions to make sure the day went smoothly with the transportation! This company was a recommended vendor from our planner / caterer and I'm glad we took the recommendation. Pricing seemed reasonable especially because we had the vans from noon until 1am that day. Would hire again!

While I didn't end up going with Metropolis for my wedding transportation, I was very impressed with Andrea's service she provided. She has been very responsive, personable, knowledgeable, and overall a pleasure to work with. I would recommend Metropolis based on my experience with Andrea alone. Hopefully sometime down the line I will be able to use their services!

Highly recommend metropolis!
We use them to and from the airport for a stress free vacation.
Nice vehicles used ,Always on time , great communication and friendly drivers.
UPDATE… we used again for our Disney trip 6/16/24 driver was right on time and very helpful with our bags. Driver got us to airport with plenty of time. If you want a vacation without stress to and from the airport, we cannot recommend enough!

Always a great experience. This is the only transportation service we would ever use. Our most recent trip was two weeks ago. Travel is stressful enough without having to worry about getting to the airport on time. This time, we were leaving during weekday rush hour. Charles showed up 15 minutes early to start off a perfectly smooth experience. When we returned, as soon as we walked out with our luggage, there was David holding a sign with our name and we were out of the airport quickly. Starting from setting up the reservation, it was very obvious that the people running this company treat customer service as their top priority.

Had a phone consult that went well, Andrea was super nice and thorough with the info, but that was April 4th and I’ve heard nothing since. I was told there was availability for my wedding day and that I’d receive a quote in about a week or so. Sent a follow up email after about two weeks on a Monday, then another on Friday, still nothing. Called and spoke to a someone else who said he’d get me in touch, another week goes by with nothing. I sent a final follow up email and another week has gone by. I’m assuming it was because I was only transporting the wedding party and it wasn’t worth their time? Wish I would’ve at least gotten an excuse, first time being ghosted by a company.

My fiancé and I had a phone consult that went well with Andrea on July 8th, she was super nice and thorough with the information she provided. She said she would have a quote to us via email by the end of the week. We have followed up by email twice and heard nothing back. Today (7/29) I called, and asked if she still worked there because I never heard from her. They said yes, she is married to one of the owners and she handles all the quotes. I was placed on hold, I waited for 10min and hung up. He even confirmed my cell and name and I haven’t heard anything back. Apparently I’m not the only person being ghosted by them but it’s incredibly unprofessional. Instead of telling me the date isn’t available or whatever the issue is.
