I have been a Payment Logistics customer for over 20 yrs.
Apparently they have been bought out by Fortis. Over the past two weeks I have called at least 6 times. Started last weekend when both of my terminals stopped working, unfortunately my business is a higher dollar average sale. So most of my customers pay by card. I basically was told by technical support its not an issue on their side. Lost all sales from that weekend !!!!
Spent a couple of days getting my office lines checked, all came back clear. Called Payment logistics again, informed them machines where not working STILL !! That I needed help to get this issue worked out. Was given some suggestions by Alice, it seemed like she would check on things from her end. Never heard back from her, so on Thursday I called again, spoke with Alice again, this time it was brought to my attention that other Merchants where having the same issue.( Interesting that other customers are having the same issue, yet I was not informed or kept in the loop, and never bothered to get a call to check on my status with my terminals, she was going to talk to her manager who just went into a meeting ) Again no call back so I called again Friday, now it has been a week without revenue for my business, but no real concern on their part. Got nowhere with Fridays call other than working with Technical Support determining absolutely nothing !!! "" Its POSSIBLE the system is not able to support my system "" Are you kidding me after a week of issues, apparently not just my terminals, your answer is ""ITS POSSIBLE "" how about lets get this sorted out and figured out so we can give me a real update and fix the issue !!!!!!!!!!!
Another weekend without sales and lost revenue, called again Monday with no reply. Left messages to speak with management, and am waiting .
The assistance, customer service, follow thru, follow up, and financial damage to my business is beyond repair or understanding. Absolutely Disgusted !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Payment logistics was bought out by Fortis and they are THE WORST. I’ve used them for just under 3 months. Processing has been down 4 times. Customer service is a joke at best. The VP had to reach out to me, she was unqualified to say it nicely. I purchased a business whose system uses fortis as the processor. Despite multiple confirmations, a signed transfer agreement and PAGES of documents. Fortis still deposited two weeks of sales to the old owners accounts. I spent hours calling, getting the run around as NO ONE could seem to find what happened. The constant excuse was the acquisition of payment logistics. Which is not an excuse but it’s the only one they have. Despite all the paperwork and phone calls leading up to the business transfer, they still stole my money and gave it to the old owners. I had to get my money from the old owners myself. Fast forward to the past few months of them processing my sales… we have lost processing 4 times. They don’t answer their phone, they NEVER reply to emails. Their customer service is rude and will hang up on you. All around a complete joke. I will be taking this well above fortis and will ensure their regulations are auditing this terribly mismanaged company.

Payment Logistics used to be a company with great customer service until Fortis bought them out. Since then it is impossible to get ahold of anyone and they have continual intermittent connection issues that cause processing errors. Would not recommend to anyone - if you are looking for cc processing, keep on looking.

Hopeful they can get all the issues fixed soon. Very pleasant and helpful tech support. Service has been a little unreliable recently for our business. I understand they are upgrading some equipment. Just curious to how long it will be before completion.

Our office has been using Payment Logistics for about 5 years now and we would not have it any other way! I manage a Chiropractic Office and it is the easiest system for us to use for monthly's, prepays, or refunds if needed. Having an auto debit system is simple and not having to re enter card information is amazing. I refuse to let my Boss switch to any other company, as we typically have a ton of different companies a month try to get us to switch over and I just look at him and he knows its not happening. This is such an EASY system to use!

WELL DONE. I have been using Payment Logistics for the past three years after transitioning from PayPal and Chase, my previous payment integration platforms. This is a solid company with integrity & great customer support-- two things that I put at the top of my list as a business owner. Not to mention they not only matched the % rate but beat it.
