He drilled into my bridge after I explained that the filling he had done a short time ago was still painful. He tried to fix it by drilling down the filling that was in the same area as my bridge. The very next day my bridge cracked and I went again to him to show him (Dr. Pichler). All I wanted was for him to apologize and take responsibility, but he said in no uncertain terms that he was not at fault, would not take responsibility for this and wanted me to pay full price to re-do the bridge that I just had done in 2022. I explained it’s no coincidence that my bridge cracked the very next day, in the exact area where he did the drilling, but he said the crack was not because of him. I am so disappointed in him and his lack of empathy or respect. I feel he should retire!

I have to share that I am not big fan of going to the dentist - last thing on my list. My wife encouraged me to go to Dr Pichler's office for my toothache. Diane and Michelle made this a surprisingly great experience. Very happy I got through it. Thanks ladies!

Dr. Pichler has been my dentist for about 15 years. He also helped my husband regain the health of his gums with extensive work. He has fixed my front teeth which were knocked out by a ruler in fourth grade. Recently he put a new bridge in my mouth replacing two teeth.

He is an artist and master of his craft. I have full confidence in him and his team. From the receptionist who always finds a way to fit me in with an emergency or infection to the high caliber technicians that assist him I feel safe and assured of the best work. They work hard to understand the financial challenges of dental work and the receptionist also spearheads working through insurance claims.

Dr. Pichler has a gentle and soothing manner when working on your teeth and he listens carefully to concerns. For example, I have been diagnosed with breast cancer and we now know the health of teeth is related to overall health of the body. He listens to my concerns and cares for his patients. I highly recommend him and his team!

I was pleased that they were able to schedule my 6 yr old for cleaning and an exam the following day after I called with a concern about a cavity. The administrative assistant was friendly and welcoming.
The hygienist Rosie was friendly and patient with my child. She made the cleaning enjoyable for him.
After Dr. Pichler did the exam and found the cavity. He offered to fill it on the spot. Which was a huge blessing to have it done right away!
Dr. Pichler and his assistant treated my child with kindness and patience during the filling process. I’m appreciative for what they did for my son today!

I personally did not go to a dentist in over 7years Daniel was the first dentist I saw when my tooth had cracked. His office got me in the very next morning and was AMAZING. I can adequately say he is a god send. He is great at his JOB and staff is also very knowledgeable. I find myself going to the dentist all the time and look forward not afraid bc lets be real no one likes all the scary tools but they make you feel comfortable u don't even notice. They are the only office I will ever use AGAIN. Thanks for being so awesome?

Dr. Pichler is a great doctor and the assistant was good as well. They were very focused on making sure they got the job done correctly and I was comfortable.

The receptionist would benefit from learning better people skills and could be more precise when informing patients about the cost of services.

Be careful here. I went to have back molar checked. They took an xray, dentist came in and in 10 seconds said I needed a root canal on a different tooth than the one I went in for. He barely looked at the tooth I went in for. I went to two other dentists, one who is an endodontist who took a full high res CT scan, the other who took another higher quality xray and image-- both of them said there was no reason or need for root canal at all. I would not return to Prichard. Hard to not feel like I was about to get scammed & suffer a root canal that the facts of images and 2 honest dentists could show me I did not need at all.
