I want to share my recent experience at Price Rite 250 Elmwood Ave (October 19 2024 in the morning ) , which was unfortunately marred by the unprofessional behavior of an employee of Puerto Rican descent. During my visit, I felt disrespected and mistreated, as the employee displayed a dismissive attitude and failed to provide the assistance I needed.

I believe that all customers deserve to be treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of their background (She told me:- go back to your country ). It is disappointing to encounter such behavior in a place where one expects a welcoming atmosphere. I hope that management can address this issue to ensure a better experience for future customers.

Love this place. Usually in the morning you can find many varieties of fresh vegetables, maybe toward the night the shelves are half empty sometimes. You can self check-out in this store and prices are reasonable here compared to other stores.

I go here at least once a week staff is very nice and helpful. Prices are good. Fruit and veggie stations could use some upkepp sometimes you’ll see a couple rotted out areas but for the most part they’re great!!

Price Rite is a good store, prices are reasonable. Unfortunately they have no Gluten free food! And the manager said it is nothing he can do about it! "HELP!!!

Always has what I need at a cheap price. Produce can be spotty, but you can find what you need. Love their Puerto Rican section, good selection of goods.

7/27/24: Lowering my rating on this store as it's gone very downhill in the past ~6 months. Produce has been not stocked or rotting & they are constantly out of the staples. Self-registers are usually 50% down and the scales vary. This used to be my weekly visit, but at this point it just makes sense to take the drive to Wegmans or even the revamped Jefferson Topps, even if it's more expensive. Sucks because there really aren't many good options in the metro area. They just have to be good, not great, but they aren't even that anymore.

Go to grocery store because of how good the produce is, and how cheap the common name-brand products are compared to other stores. Would have given 5 stars but giving 4 because lately they are out of the fancy feast cat food our cats like & it’s been an inconvenient few weeks.
