It appears that my experience with Nate ( Geary ) may not be representative of every individual in the company. However, I encountered challenges in communication with him, finding it difficult to reach him. As a paying customer, it is perplexing that I have to take the initiative in pursuing communication.

Nate ( Geary ) only responded after I completed a form on the website. Despite replying to his email, I received no response. When I scheduled an online meeting to arrange a call, he expressed being busy and suggested rescheduling. I responded to that email but received no further communication. Subsequent attempts to elicit a response through additional emails also proved unproductive.

This level of service is not in line with what one would expect from a marketing company serving its clients. The situation is unfortunate, and I hope it can be addressed to improve overall customer experience.
