I went to see this doctor because of earache, and he finished it in a few minutes, saying that my ear had earwax, but instead of softening it, he pulled it out directly. When Doctor Yung pulled it out, I felt that my ear hurt much. After that I received bill the cost high plus i paid 4% more for credit card payment, which caused trouble to my FSA account. The service of the clinic is poor, not professional at all, I feel irresponsible to the patients and do not recommend this clinic.

When I first went to visit this doctor, he said I have bacteria infection in my nose and prescribed me heavy dosage of antibiotics. Then 2nd visit I told him my symptoms still there, he re prescribed me same thing. Then third visit came and my symptoms never became any better and he try to downplay my issue and say its not an issue, just mild allergy and prescribed me allergy medication. When I told him how about the bacteria infection he stated earlier, he just say rest and it will get better(I’ve had this chronic nose infection for years). Bad ENT doctor and will stop going after today. If your questioning my review, just check all the history of bad reviews he’s got, hoping you find the right doctor and avoid wasting your time like I did.

I went to see Dr. Raymond L Yung. He told me the procedure to fix my problem is an incision. It was quite fast and efficient. HOWEVER I was scared the entire time and they did not me feel reassured. I felt like a lab rat where the doctor was using me as a subject to teach his assistants.

CONCLUSION: Dr. Raymond L Yung is alright. He can get the job done as any other ENT doctor. You are able to see him quite fast unlike larger hospitals. He does not care about patient concerns.

I am surprised by all of the negative reviews because I went to see Dr. Yung today and my experience was extremely positive. Everyone from the person at reception to Dr. Yung himself were friendly, competent, efficient, and courteous. Dr. Yung's assistant even took the time to discuss with me the next steps to take after leaving their office and to avoid my issue from recurring.

I see a lot of negative reviews here, and I feel genuinely compelled to share my experience. I fell down some stairs and broke my nose the week of Thanksgiving. Dr. Yung was very honest and let me know that it was fractured and that it would be difficult to find a place to have the surgery due to the holiday. But he kept me in the office while he made multiple calls to hospitals and surgery centers in the area, trying to find somewhere that had availability for him to do the surgery. He was able to find a place that had an opening at 7am on the Monday before Thanksgiving. This was the first time I had gone to see him and I only picked him because he had an opening on Zocdoc. I'm so happy that he did. He was kind, gentle and efficient with the process. The surgery went perfectly and the nurses and staff could not have been nicer or taken better care of me. I've never had surgery or been under anesthesia and I feel truly lucky to have been under Dr. Yung's care. I think he very much cares for his patients and does the best he can to provide good health care. I appreciate the staff as well for all their hard work.

I got water stuck in my right ear and couldn't hear out of it right after. I went to an appointment to see Yung and my mother and I were greeted by two ladies in the reception. One of them was extremely condescending. When Yung looked at my ear, he said that the reason why my right ear couldn't hear much was that I had hearing loss from listening to music too loud. Guess what? I heard just fine two days after because my ear unblocked itself. Yung tried to tell me that if my ear continued like this for half a year after, then I would be given a referral to a neurologist and that there was nothing he could do about it. When I asked him how it was possible my ear suddenly couldn't hear after getting water stuck in it relating to listening to music too loudly. He didn't even look at me and had his back turned as he was typing away at the computer. He waved a hand at me rudely and said, "just listen to music less loud." and ushered me out of his office without any instructions. This rudeness is so disrespectful and unprofessional. Is this how he treats all his other clients?

My dad had an appointment at 9:30am to be seen by Dr. Yung. Dr. Yung no showed to my dad as well as 3 other patients’ appointment. When we tried calling back the office it goes straight to voicemail. This level of professionalism during a pandemic is unacceptable. To abandon patients is against their oath. Patient abandonment is something a provider can have their license suspended from. If you are looking for a professional provider this is not it.

I went here maybe a year ago. If I could rate it lower I would with a 0.1% rating. I thought I had salivary stone so I come in and the doctor brings in his daughters to learn from the experience. He tried to do a procedure on me that involved sticking a tube in my (I don't know what its called, memory is fuzzy.) I didn't feel comfortable with this so I said no and he started to give me attitude and being snarky. He said fine if you don't want to do it,you can just walk out. I'm surprised a jackass like him was even remotely busy. Business should be shut down, him and his daughters are all not remotely fit to be doctors.Horrible place.
