This store is always overcrowded with locals especially grannies rudely snatching the last loaf of bread from the shelves. The cashiers would toss your groceries at high speed having no respect for both the food items and the customer. No service for packing your food in a bag after scanning unlike in other countries.

A lot less expensive than Sainsbury's who are in the same street.!! Friendly helpful staff. Good selection of goods. Particularly like the free from rang²e. A pleasure shopping there.

To Carol on the kiosk who made a very old lady extremely happy by asking for my I.D when buying a lighter today you are an amazing woman and fabulous at your job, it was lovely to see you smile and share a giggle.
Never under estimate a genuinely excellent customer experience, it means the world to many.
Few suggestions....The staff deserve a cleaner, more updated store and the Manager could do with organising buying appropriate cutlery for meal deal items that are needed for on the go people.

The lady at the self check-out is very rude. She had short hair, kinda red/brown.

Was around 12:45 19/07/22. At the self check out I was scanning my shops, I asked for help because the connection on my phone was not working for the club card, I asked if she could do something, showing my club card, and she said "not my problem, the phone is not mine it's yours"! In a very rude way.

Then there was another guy next to me without ID for the Monster drink, he said that usual Sainsbury's don't ask for ID , and she said " ok go in Sainsbury's then ! And she left ! he was very polite with her, without being rude

I mean this old lady if she don't want to work It's not customers fault ! That's not a justification to be rude with everyone!
