Be careful, this store will try to rip you off. They added $2 to the brats and $1.20 to the buns. Then he tucked the receipt away in a hurry, pretended he couldn't find it, and made a big deal out of it when I waited for it.

You know how most grocery store deli chicken strips are all the same frozen things with the thin breeding and sometimes they're super dry? Not here. This place serves whole breaded chicken breasts that were more like you'd get in a restaurant if you ordered chicken fried chicken. Moist meat and the breading was thick and tasty. Mac and cheese was also better than typical deli stores. Plus the prettiest grocery store restroom I've ever seen.

Very very clean and put together very nicely. Employees were kind. Prices were very high, though compared to the outerbanks of Nc.
For some reason, the gallon waters are up front, so I couldn't find them until I asked, and it was 2.79 or .89 wowwww!! I'm used to paying 1.25 or 1.79. I'm not sure why it's so expensive or hard to find around most of Colorado!

Gosh I know this little mountain market does its best but really poor customer service and I’ve had two cashiers that can’t seem to count change back correctly and one that didn’t call for help when there were like 10 people in line and then got an attitude when I asked if they had help in the store .., I lived in a small community but they worked hard to provide good customer service not sure what’s going on here and also not very good organic options so I have travel to Montrose for food … just shocking since it’s such an affluent community.. and no decent food options ?

Clean and friendly. Found the best bread ever! Outsourced from Norwood, CO. This is coming from a bread lover and non-bread lover. If you need provisions, this is the store. Prices are what you'd expect in a small mountain town.

My mom and I stopped into the Mountain Market to grab groceries after a long day of travel. The store was clean and well stocked with a very nice variety of organic and dye free items as well as local items. Leo who has been working a summer job at the market helped us find everything we were looking for and even was kind enough to let me charge my iPhone while we shopped. 5 stars! 10/10 recommend!
