Since my company started using this service, our truck deliveries have been late almost every time. Never give us an ETA, and some days it never even shows up.
Disappointing. Will be contacting both my corporate office and theirs to see if this can be handled.

Randy lied to our company and driver . He wasted a day of work for our driver. He told us our driver would be compensated for his time and work. Finally after four days lying to us , Randy informed us he would not be paying our driver the truck order not used that he promised us.
