I spent the entire day there doing a double and triple road test etc. I am a female trucker. I did not fail my test, neither did I rush on anything because I have never driven them but I have all my endorsements to be qualified plus 5 and half year experience driving trucks semi tractor trailers. This warehouse is an all men trucking site. They do not hire woman on less your working behind a desk. They don’t believe in women being dominant or strong enough like a man. I took one look at the guy who decides how far he would believe that I was good. And another look at the guy he was reporting to Rizvi and I knew what seat I was in. Discrimination again and again because I am a woman. Waste her time because we are not hiring a woman. This is so embarrassing. Unforgivable. Instead of just letting me go from first time you saw I was female and interviewed me in the office. Why To waste my entire day and time is ridiculous. When I do qualify because I carry my TankeS,Hazmat,Double and triples with 5 plus years experience. It more than weird for anyone to look at. As if your company don’t have a 2 week training before your on your own. The guy who did my road test with me was amazing and had patience I must say. Safety was my biggest key!! Which the guy stated to Ravi’s!! WOMAN TRUCKERS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO WORK FOR XPO OR ITS BROOKLYN, NY LOCATION ONLESS YOUR ARE WORKING BEHIND THE DESK. Thank you Kelly for the interview you saw fit. This is not a good diversity company to consider working for.

Terrible experience with this scam of a company. Charged my credit card with additional fees without my consent. Promised shipping was 11 days, actual delivery took 18 days. Will never do business with them.

Part 1-It is baffling to me that this company is still in business based on the poor customer service that I received. #1 I never received email correspondence from XPO on the delivery status of my item. #2. I called several times to confirm the itinerary and the delivery ? status of my item and on each occasion was misinformed by XPO employees. #3. I took the day off from work only to be informed, after taking the initiative to call XPO again about the delivery status, that my item was not being delivered!! I hired workmen to help me bring the item into my home for that specific date, but I had to turn them away based on the rampant misinformation given to me by XPO employees. Once again I’m baffled as to how this business is functioning based on this unprofessional behavior. My experience with this delivery company was horrific, and I will definitely avoid working with them again. Half a star!!!!
Part2-
The delivery ? driver for XPO randomly showed up at my door to deliver my item while I was at work. I specifically requested an after work time span ,but multiple people at the office that I spoke to, did not respect my request. There was no specific date given to me for my delivery date. So I’m disgusted that they would just send the driver to my home without consulting me. The service that I experienced with this company was extremely unpleasant and unprofessional.

Absolutely atrocious service. Also, I know I'm picking on this location but the problems I've seen are systemic so they'd be relevant in general, regardless of location.

Virtually all the appliance orders I had recently were delayed due to the "truck broke down", not fitting me on the route and telling me only the day of, or not at all, or some other unbelievable excuse. Drivers also either call me three minutes before they arrive and tell me "you have 10 minutes to meet us or we have to reschedule", or not at all. Also there's no easy way to escalate. You have to call and get forwarded around a few times. So there's no way to help them improve which is why they're such a mess.

I will say their chat support is pretty quick, though judging by the written communication I've received, not exactly the best.

Now I get the pandemic threw a wrench in their business, but there should have been enough time to react by now. They also need to set customer expectations. If you tell me it might take a month fine, at least we're on the same page. I might take my business elsewhere though which may be why they give aggressive dates.

Lastly, they're so bad I actively check who fulfills orders when I buy large items and gladly pay 20% more elsewhere if I found out it's XPO doing the delivery, that's how bad they are.

I got notice that I had a shipment on its way. A week before the approximate delivery date, I called to assure that they would call me to schedule a delivery before just delivering it as two people would be available to accept the delivery because it was a very large package. They CONFIRMED TO ME somebody would call me to schedule a delivery. Not only did they NEVER call me, they just called me when the package was already at my apartment, but nobody was available to accept the package. I had to call a friend last minute to go to my apartment and accept this very large package by himself when this was something that required two people to move. Horrible horrible customer service. I called to complain and the lady on the phone just gave me attitude and did not offer any apology. I never ever write bad reviews like this, but they really messed me up today.

Absolute rudest "customer service" I have ever experienced. They are incompetent, unorganized, and are completely rude. Mary wouldn't even let me finish a sentence, talked over me, and instead of listening and trying to find a solution, she cut me off, lectured me for things I didn't do, and would put me on hold without warning. Her supervisor was almost as bad. Wish I could have rated them ZERO stars. These people need to get a new job, they are a disgrace.

Extremely unprofessional and inappropriate. Delivery guy was creepy and hit on me, I had to tell him repeatedly he needed to get out of my apartment immediately. Main customer service branch promised to "send an email" about this behavior without gathering any information from me about the employee. All other customer service numbers are unreachable. Absolutely horrible experience!

They delivered an IKEA shipment for me. We had to reschedule the delivery but that was because the ikea warehouse never gave them the items. I called the customer service day of delivery to change my contact number since my partner was going to be working. They were more than happy to help me with whatever I had. I received a call from the driver letting me know he was close and would be there soon. He showed up on in time and ready. It was a hot day so I felt bad having them work too hard so I offered they could leave the packages out front and I can carry them inside. But they insisted to bring it in themselves. They were amazing. Lots of bad reviews so still be weary but also know there’s probably even more positive experiences but those never get posted. Only the negatives. Good luck and be safe everyone.

Edit: it was a decent sized delivery. About 11 different packages.
