I started working intensely with Elizabeth in spring 2024 and stayed with her through late summer 2024. We had 16 sessions. Once a week. It was transformative. She helped pull me out of an abyss that I unexpectedly found myself tossed into. She helped ground me and helped with identifying the true source of my enormous feelings of grief and anger. She was so skilled, gentle, and magical in her approach. She was able to key in immediately on how all the roads led back to early childhood loss and how the current loss was just a portal to the earlier times.
My time with Elizabeth was short but the benefits remain as I now have tools, knowledge and confidence in myself to continue on the path of healing, self-awareness and growth. Elizabeth is a wonderful meditation/mindfulness teacher. I started attending one of her group meditation classes ~2 years ago. I was brand new to meditation. She had a great way of simplifying it for someone who had no meditation experience. I liked the way she would incorporate various readings from meditation literature for discussion, share her experience on the topic then allow the group to discuss. She is someone I trust & respect.
