I took 3 pieces of jewelry to Ma's Jewelry this afternoon. I was greeted enthusiastically and my jewelry was assessed immediately. My watch battery was changed, one necklace was corrected quite swiftly and the other had to have a clasp replaced. These tasks were professionally completed and I was out the door within 30 minutes. Mr. Ma, evaluated each of my pieces, gave me quality work with a smile and easy conversation. I will be a repeat customer. I love the personal touches of customer connection while providing professional work. Thank you Mr. Ma.

This is the best jewelry store I’ve ever been too. It’s obvious to see that Ma and his wife know what they are doing. The community trusts them and they reward the community with their talent.
Ignore those mall shops and visit this tiny hole in the wall, for it’s a true sparkling gem in the ruff.
If you need a ring for your soon to be wife or a repair for a watch. They get it done and done quickly and done right.
If there was ever a reason to support a small mom and pop business, this is it.

Two times I have gone to get him to fix broken chains. First time he cut it instead of soldering gold back and gave me the gold. Had him solder hoop on pendant and the solder job was ok, not very clean looking though. In desperation n honestly forgot about him cutting the last chain... I took another chain to him for him to mend the broke link where chain hooks into the other end. He cut over 1 inch of gold off and soldered on a hoop. I was so in shock what he did behind his little curtain while I sat there waiting... I pd him $25 n left... It has been months I am still furious. Not only that he ripped me off for inches of 18k gold rope and charged me for it but that it looks like trash! Plus, the hoop is so big that I can't get a pendant on that chain now. He ruined my necklace and the way I see it stole my gold!
